Build time

Every piece is made to order — nothing sits on a shelf. Build time depends on the piece:

• Standard-sized pieces: typically 7–14 days in the workshop.
• Made-to-measure pieces: typically 3–5 weeks. Complex armor or layered costumes may run longer.

You'll see the indicative build time on each product page.

Shipping options

• Standard worldwide — from $18, priced by parcel weight at checkout — 10–14 business days after the piece leaves the workshop. Tracked.
• Express worldwide — from $42, priced by parcel weight at checkout — 5–7 business days. Tracked, with priority handling.

Heavier sets (layered armor, multi-piece costumes) ship at a higher rate — the exact price always shows at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship

We ship almost everywhere — over 190 countries and territories are available at checkout. The short list we can't serve comes down to carrier coverage and international sanctions. If your country isn't offered at checkout, email [email protected] and we'll see what we can do.

Customs & duties

For most destinations you won't be charged customs. For high-value shipments (typically over $800 USD into the US) some duties may apply on delivery. We declare the actual value on the customs form — we cannot mark parcels as a gift or undervalue them.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number. You'll receive it by email the moment your parcel leaves the workshop, and you can re-check it from your order page at any time.

Lost or delayed

If a parcel appears stuck for more than 7 business days past its expected delivery date, email [email protected] with your order number — we'll chase the carrier and either re-ship or refund.
