Cookie Policy
We use a small number of cookies to make the storefront work and to understand how it's used. You control which non-essential cookies are set.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file your browser stores when you visit a website. It lets us recognize you across pages — for example, to remember the items in your cart.
Cookies we set
Strictly necessary
- cosplaynia_cart_id — identifies your shopping cart so it survives page reloads. Set on first interaction. Expires after 30 days.
- cosplaynia_consent — remembers your cookie-banner choice so we don't ask again on every visit. Expires after 12 months.
- session — short-lived session cookie for authenticated requests.
These cookies are required for the store to function. You can't turn them off in our banner.
Analytics & product
- With your consent, we use self-hosted, cookieless analytics (Umami) to measure pageviews and live shopping stages. It sends a short activity signal about every 30 seconds while a page is visible, without setting analytics cookies or collecting form contents. Order IDs and URL query strings are excluded. Essential only, Do Not Track, and Global Privacy Control disable this tracking.
Marketing
- Currently none. We will not load advertising or remarketing cookies without your consent.
Managing your choice
To change your choice, use Cookie preferences in the footer, or delete the cosplaynia_consent cookie in your browser (or clear cookies for this site) and the banner will ask again on your next visit. You can also block or delete cookies directly in your browser settings — be aware that essential cookies are required for cart and checkout.
