How long does it take to make and ship?

Build time is shown on each product page — typically 7–14 days for standard-sized pieces and 3–5 weeks for made-to-measure commissions. Once the piece leaves the workshop, standard shipping takes 10–14 business days and express takes 5–7. Every order ships tracked.

How can I pay?

Accepted Answer

You can pay securely with PayPal or an eligible debit or credit card through PayPal. You can also pay with Bitcoin and other supported cryptocurrencies through our self-hosted BTCPay checkout. When Wise is offered at checkout, place your order and use the transfer details on the confirmation page and in your email. Production starts after the transfer clears.

Are these costumes officially licensed?

No. Cosplaynia is an independent workshop. Our pieces are inspired by characters from films, games, comics, and anime, and are fan-made for cosplay use. They are not officially licensed merchandise.

Question 4

What if my made-to-measure costume doesn't fit?

Accepted Answer

Made-to-measure pieces are cut to the dimensions you submit at checkout, so they are non-returnable for fit reasons. If your costume arrives with a manufacturing defect — a faulty seam, the wrong material, or sizing that does not match what you submitted — we will repair, remake, or refund. Email us within 7 days of delivery.

Can you make characters not in your catalog?

Yes, when our schedule allows. Email commissions@cosplaynia.com with reference images and your timeline. We will quote a price, build time, and confirm whether we can take it on.

What materials do you use?

Accepted Answer

Silk-blends and heavyweight cottons from Kyoto, leather-finished EVA foam from Milan, lace-front fibres from Korea. We source the materials directly and inspect them ourselves before building.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide to 60+ countries. The full list appears on the checkout page. If you do not see your country, email support@cosplaynia.com — we can usually arrange shipping case-by-case.

How do customs and duties work?

Accepted Answer

For most destinations there are no customs charges on a single costume. For high-value shipments (typically over $800 USD into the US) some duties may apply on delivery. We declare the actual value on customs forms — we cannot mark a parcel as a gift or under-declare its value.

Can I cancel or change my order after I place it?

Accepted Answer

Standard-sized orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, cutting has usually started and changes become difficult. Made-to-measure orders cannot be cancelled once cutting has begun — typically within 48 hours of placement.

Do you offer cosplay-group or wholesale discounts?

How do I care for my costume?

Accepted Answer

Most pieces should be dry-cleaned. Foam and EVA armor parts wipe clean with a damp cloth — do not submerge them. Each piece ships with a care card specific to its materials.

Are my measurements stored or shared?
